一、張曉平教授

加拿大工程院院士，加拿大工程研究院院士，國際電氣和電子工程師協會（IEEE)會士，清華大學深圳國際研究生院數據與信息研究院院長、清華大學鵬瑞教授、清華-伯克利深圳學院（TBSI）教授。他從清華大學電子工程系獲學士和博士學位，并從芝加哥大學布斯商學院獲金融和經濟學專業工商管理碩士學位（MBA）且獲優秀畢業生榮譽?，F任《IEEE信號處理?？分骶帲琁EEE信號處理學會圖像視頻及多維信號處理技術委員會主席，IEEE杰出講座學者。張曉平院士致力于信號處理和大數據的理論和應用研究開發，相關領域主要包括數據科學、多媒體信號處理、統計模型、機器學習、物聯網和電子信息系統、可見光通信和光計算、智慧城市、金融經濟大數據和金融科技。

二、Ercan E. Kuruo?lu
Received MPhil and PhD degrees in information engineering from the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom, in 1995 and 1999, respectively. In 1998, he joined Xerox Research Center Europe, Cambridge. He was an ERCIM fellow in 2000 with INRIA-Sophia Antipolis, France. In January 2002, he joined Institute of Science and Technology of Information-CNR (Italian National Council of Research), Pisa, Italy where he became a Chief Scientist in 2020. He is a Full Professor at Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute since 2022. He served as an Associate Editor for the IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing and IEEE Transactions on Image Processing. He was the Editor in Chief of Digital Signal Processing: A Review Journal between 2011-2021. He is currently co-Editor-in-Chief of Journal of the Franklin Institute. He acted as a Technical co-Chair for EUSIPCO 2006 and a Tutorials co-Chair of ICASSP 2014. He is a member of the IEEE Signal Processing Society Data Challenges Committee, IEEE Technical Committees (TC) on Machine Learning for Signal Processing and TC on Image, Video and Multidimensional Signal Processing. He was a plenary speaker at DAC 2007, ISSPA 2010, IEEE SIU 2017, Entropy 2018, MIIS 2020 and tutorial speaker at IEEE ICSPCC 2012. He was an Alexander von Humboldt Experienced Research Fellow in the Max Planck Institute for Molecular Genetics in 2013-2015. His research interests are in the areas of statistical signal and image processing, Bayesian machine learning and information theory with applications in remote sensing, environmental sciences, telecommunications and computational biology. He speaks English, Italian, German and Turkish.

Topic 1: Topological Data Analysis for Statistical Learning
Keywords: Topological data analysis, graph machine learning, time-varying graph analysis, rare event modelling
The objective is to develop ground-breaking topological signal processing and statistical learning methods for high-dimensional data. The focus lies on conducting fundamental research to derive scalable methods with robustness and statistical guarantees that form a bridge between existing topological data analysis methods and statistical learning methods with an eye on applications with time-varying data. Various applications including climate data, financial data, genomic data will be considered though the main emphasis will be in methodology development.

Topic 2: Stochastic deep learning
Keywords: Bayesian machine learning, non-stationary data analysis
This project aims to develop a deep learning methodology which is dynamic and statistical at the same time, that is non-deterministic and non-stationary. We will explore various methods from signal processing extending them to nonlinear systems and hence applying to neural networks.

Topic 3: Cross domain learning in the brain
Keywords: EEG data analysis, computational models for brain learning, audio and visual information processing in the brain
This project aims to understand the way information is coded in the brain in different types of stimuli such as audio and vision. What are the common features? How can we utilise this information to compensate for some brain diseases? How can we utilise these ideas in machine learning?

三、Yang Li
Received her B.A. degree and PhD mathematics and computer science from Smith College in 2011, and the Ph.D. degree in computer science from Stanford University in 2017. She joined Tsinghua-Berkeley Shenzhen Institute, Tsinghua Shenzhen International School, serving as postdoc researcher, assistant professor and associate professor since 2017, 2019 and 2021, respectively. Her research interests include transfer learning, representation learning with multiple tasks and domains, spatial data analysis and geometric algorithms. She is a member of IEEE, ACM, an associate editor of Franklin Open and an editorial board member of Digital Signal Processing.
Research Team: 9 Ph.D. students and 10 master students.
On-going CNSF Project: Heterogeneous Multi-task Transfer Learning for Medical Image Understanding
Postdoc Position Information:
Topic: Learning to transfer for heterogeneous medical image data
The ideal candidate should have a Ph.D. background in machine learning (e.g., especially if you are interested in model robustness, explainability and out-of-domain generalization) or a background in medical image processing with hands-on experience of working with large-scale medical data.

四、黃紹倫

五、丁文伯

副教授，博士生導師，國家青年專家，深圳市海外高層次B類人才。別于2011年和2016年在清華大學電子工程系獲得學士和博士學位（導師：宋健教授），2016年至2019年在美國佐治亞理工學院材料科學與工程系從事博士后研究（合作導師：王中林院士）。擔任《Digital Signal Processing》副編輯、IEEE JSTSP機器人感知?？紫妥庉嫼涂山忉孉I客座編輯，及多個IEEE、ACM研討會主席。在Nature Communications、Science Advances、EES、IEEE TRO、IEEE RAL、IEEE TMC等領域權威期刊及會議發表論文70余篇，ESI高引6篇，期刊封面3篇。曾獲中國電子學會自然科學二等獎、日內瓦國際發明展金獎、清華大學特等獎學金等。課題組主頁：http://ssr-group.net，研究方向為機器人觸覺感知、機器人學、陣列信號處理、智能人機交互、柔性機器人。

六、陳鑫磊

助理教授，國家青年專家，入選廣東省珠江人才計劃，深圳市海外高層次人才計劃（B類）。團隊承擔包括科技部重點研發在內的多項重要課題。圍繞復雜環境探測、重大災害應急響應、城市大尺度智能監測、對抗態勢感知推演等重大國家戰略需求，瞄準“復雜網絡協同探測與控制”戰略科研新方向，基于人工智能、物聯網、機器人等新型信息技術，實現利用多智能體（無人機、無人車、機器狗等集群）針對復雜大空間環境的泛在感知、探索與響應。共發表學術論文70余篇，合計影響因子200+，5次在移動計算與傳感器網絡頂會上獲獎。

七、唐彥嵩

助理教授、特別研究員、博士生導師。分別于2015年和2020年在清華大學自動化系獲得工學學士和博士學位，于2016年6月至9月在美國加州大學洛杉磯分校進行學術訪問，于2020年至2022年在英國牛津大學從事博士后研究工作。2022年至今在清華大學深圳國際研究生院擔任助理教授，主要從事人工智能與計算機視覺等領域的相關工作，研究方向聚焦于視頻內容分析與理解，在國際權威期刊和會議上發表論文20余篇，其中以第一/通訊作者發表TPAMI、CVPR等CCFA類期刊和會議論文10余篇，谷歌學術引用1100余次，主持國家自然科學基金青年科學基金項目，中國人工智能學會-華為Mindspore學術獎勵基金以及深圳市高等院校穩定支持計劃等項目，提出的算法在北京極佳視界科技有限公司實現了成果轉化。于2022年入選第八屆中國科協青年人才托舉工程，2023年入選微軟亞洲研究院“鑄星計劃”。擔任2022年人臉與手勢識別領域重要國際會議IEEE International Conference on Automatic Face and Gesture Recognition領域主席，中國人工智能學會模式識別專業委員會副秘書長，中國自動化學會模式識別與機器智能專委會執行委員，視覺與學習青年學者研討會執行領域主席等學術職務。
