實驗室研究方向：

研究興趣包括表觀遺傳學，基因組學和發(fā)育生物學。同時利用分子生物學、發(fā)育生物學和計算生物學的方法，采用干濕實驗結合的方式，研究早期胚胎發(fā)育、干細胞分化以及人類疾病中的表觀遺傳調控機制。本實驗室致力于：（1）動物胚胎早期發(fā)育過程中的表觀遺傳調控；（2）干細胞分化過程中的表觀遺傳調控；（3）調控序列如啟動子、增強子、絕緣子以及三維基因組在發(fā)育和細胞命運決定過程中的功能；（4）表觀遺傳相關人類疾病的調控機理。

小鼠實驗技術員

崗位職責（具體崗位視個人背景情況而定）：

協(xié)助實驗室成員完成實驗，包括顯微注射、胚胎收集、基因型鑒定、SCNT以及動物手術等工作。
