      2024年北京航空航天大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院劉宇宙課題組高校教師招聘簡(jiǎn)章

      【申請(qǐng)條件】:

      1.具有獨(dú)立開展研究工作的能力、強(qiáng)烈的事業(yè)心和責(zé)任心、開闊的學(xué)術(shù)視野和團(tuán)隊(duì)合作精神,學(xué)術(shù)作風(fēng)端正、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn);

      2.申請(qǐng)人須為應(yīng)屆博士畢業(yè)生、獲得博士學(xué)位的全日制博士(不含在職博士后)。應(yīng)屆博士畢業(yè)生須已滿足博士學(xué)位論文答辯的基本要求;

      3.近年來,在本專業(yè)領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)量代表性成果,具有成為優(yōu)秀學(xué)者的潛質(zhì)。

      【博士后待遇】:

      1.博士后薪酬實(shí)行基本年薪制,薪酬總額由學(xué)校配資、導(dǎo)師(學(xué)院)配資、租房補(bǔ)貼和五險(xiǎn)一金構(gòu)成,入選國家博士后人才支持計(jì)劃者,其國家資助經(jīng)費(fèi)在校發(fā)薪酬之外單獨(dú)發(fā)放,科研博士后導(dǎo)師配資額不得低于學(xué)校要求。

      2.博士后進(jìn)站后戶口可遷至北京,落在我校常住集體戶口,其配偶和子女戶口不可遷入。在站期間生育子女的女性博士后,可以辦理子女落戶。

      3.女性博士后在產(chǎn)假期間的薪酬和醫(yī)療待遇依據(jù)國家有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行,生育津貼與產(chǎn)假期間的薪酬按照孰高原則發(fā)放。

      4.在站卓越師資博士后,其子女可享受學(xué)校正式職工子女入學(xué)入托待遇,在站卓越百人博士后和科研博士后視情況給與一定比例的子女入學(xué)入托指標(biāo)。博士后出站離校后其子女不再享受我校正式教職工子女入學(xué)入托待遇。

      5.博士后在站期間經(jīng)合作導(dǎo)師和設(shè)站學(xué)院/研究院同意,可申請(qǐng)中國博士后科學(xué)基金、國家自然科學(xué)基金和國家社會(huì)科學(xué)基金。

      6.在站一年及以上的全職博士后(流動(dòng)站自主招收非在職博士后),可以參加“北京航空航天大學(xué)優(yōu)秀博士后”的評(píng)選。

      7.卓越百人博士后支持期2年,年薪稅前不低于28萬/年。在站期間入選“博士后創(chuàng)新人才支持計(jì)劃”等項(xiàng)目的,國家資助學(xué)校不統(tǒng)籌。

      【導(dǎo)師簡(jiǎn)介】:

      劉宇宙教授目前主要從事含多環(huán)有機(jī)硅物質(zhì)的設(shè)計(jì)和多苯環(huán)體系的組裝方面的研究,計(jì)劃通過這方面的研究制備出革命性的具有高性能的新穎材料。劉宇宙教授國內(nèi)就讀于清華大學(xué)化學(xué)系(本科/碩士),博士畢業(yè)于美國紐約大學(xué)化學(xué)系,研究氫鍵體系的組裝行為,之后被美國Milliken公司聘為研發(fā)總部的獨(dú)立化學(xué)家,進(jìn)行高性能LED封裝材料的開發(fā)。劉宇宙教授在材料的設(shè)計(jì)和研發(fā)方面有著豐富的學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界的經(jīng)驗(yàn),不僅在Science, Nature Commun., JACS, Angew, Drug. Resis. Update, Adv. Sci.等高檔次期刊上發(fā)表過原創(chuàng)文章,也研發(fā)出屢獲獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)的工業(yè)產(chǎn)品。劉宇宙教授創(chuàng)辦的企業(yè)獲得了國家高新企業(yè)認(rèn)證、AI金雁獎(jiǎng)、全球數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)大會(huì)北京市人工智能示范案例,BEYOND可持續(xù)發(fā)展創(chuàng)新大獎(jiǎng)等獎(jiǎng)項(xiàng)。劉宇宙教授于2014年入職于北京航空航天大學(xué)化學(xué)學(xué)院,目前對(duì)外招生博士后、博士和碩士研究生,各種背景均可,可為化學(xué)、材料、環(huán)境和計(jì)算等。
